Okay, so this teaser is only three seconds of actually footage, –teaser trailers are getting dangerously close to just turning into screenshots– but those few seconds will get any old-school DOOM fan giddy with excitement.

The footage shows a highly detailed, very frightening Revenant blasting away with its shoulder cannons. This DOOM staple has sure gone through a lot of changes over the years, but now finally looks legitimately terrifying.

Bethesda will give a full reveal of DOOM on June 14th during its Bethesda Showcase event at E3. Check out the clip below, and we will be sure to bring you more from the floor at E3.
