Learn more about the upcoming Animal Crossing title for smart devices as Nintendo gives the title its very own Nintendo Direct event. Sure, the event is only 15 minutes long, but fans of the series should be happy. I know so many fans (my girlfriend included) that are all sorts of angry with the lack of information regarding this new, any new, Animal Crossing.
If you’ll recall, the game was announced back in 2016 and was supposed to be the first mobile offering from Nintendo. That, of course, didn’t happen and we got Super Mario Run followed by that Fire Emblem thing. Since that announcement Nintendo has been pretty tight-lipped about the project. So it’s good news that Animal Crossing is getting it’s own dedicated event stream.
Fingers crossed the game is out sometime this year!
