Skipping a 7S line.
Leaks to iOS 11 leaked this Friday, immediately spreading across Reddit. It seems to contain info about the entire line set to be announced at their September 12th event. And, iPhone 7S is nowhere in sight. But iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus and iPhone X are.

Among other things (according to 9to5Mac), there are also a bunch of tweaks to standard phone operations. For one, there will be a host of options to tweak the camera flash in portrait mod. Another will be facial recognition to unlock your phone. and also, Animojis; emojis which track your facial expression and sound to send a message. Guess The Emoji Movie is already obsolete. They’re also apparently updating the Airpods so that you don’t have to open the case to see if they’re charging.
At this time, it’s not known how many of these new features are solely bound to the iPhone X. But to hazard a guess, the really good and impressive ones probably are.
