For those of you wondering how Archer would sustain the Archer: Vice storyline in the wake of its renewal for two more seasons, here’s your answer: shut up, they’re spies again.

Creator Adam Reed told Entertainment Weekly:

“I think this next season we will sort of unreboot, or whatever — deboot, and get back to the basics of some spy missions.”

I’m glad. As much as I’ve enjoyed Archer: Vice, I miss watching Archer be really, really good at his job.
