Blaster Master Zero scores a Hit on Nintendo Switch

Blaster Master Zero came from out of nowhere to sell 80,000 downloads on the Nintendo Switch. An impressive feat, as there was little fanfare before its release. Nonetheless, Blaster Master is considered a classic for the NES, so they were practically guaranteed the original game’s fanbase.

Blaster Master Zero was built by a team of 35 over the course of 6 months. Inti Creates has a history of doing such things with long dormant series like Blaster Master. Just see what they did for Classic Mega Man. One wonders what they’ll set their sights on next.
