Square Enix unveiled a brand-new trailer for Dissidia Final Fantasy NT at Jump Festa this weekend in Tokyo. The new trailer showcased the fast-paced action and even more fan service in the upcoming 3-v-3 team-based brawler.

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT be being worked on in partnership with fighting game studio Team NINJA and will feature a playable roster of over 25 characters from the Final Fantasy series, allowing all manner of team combinations and tactical gameplay. And by team combinations we mean Cloud and Sephiroph vs everyone, because FF fans love the most dull characters in the entire canon to play as. #HotTake

Fans eager to begin practicing their skills can experience the action early by taking part in the Open Beta which will be available to all PS4 users this January 12^th – 21^st. The Open Beta is the perfect opportunity for players to test their skills and experiment with different characters and techniques ahead of the game’s launch on 30^th January. More details and timings for the Open Beta will follow at a later date.
