Factor 5 & The Lost Superman Man of Steel Video Game

Factor 5 was a studio renowned within the games industry for creating amazing world while pushing console boundaries. The company was most well-known for its Rouge Squadron series on both the Nintendo 64 and Nintendo Gamecube. They are also known for the beautiful, yet broken game LAIR on the PlayStation 3.

But there was a time when Factor 5 was contracted to create a game based on Superman: Man of Steel, and no, not the 2013 movie. After Superman Returns Bryan Singer was once again tapped to direct a followup Superman film for Warner Brothers. This film would be come to be known as Man of Steel with no relation to the 2013 reboot.

In turn Brash Entertainment snagged the rights to the Superman licence and looked to have a game created to coincide with the film. Factor 5 was tasked with development, and the rest is failed game history.
