First Sex Doll Brothel In Italy Shuts Down After 9 Days

Sex Dolls

Plot twist! It wasn’t due to golden staph!

For some reason, there are people that think a sex doll brothel sounds like a good idea. And yet, they keep getting the axe. Such a thing happened to Lumidolls’ brothel in Turin, accused of infringing Italian property law.

According to Italian media sources, they stand accused of illegally renting out accommodations. Likely, this was due to their model of renting out private rooms at secret addresses for the mostly lifeless sexual encounters on tap. Earlier in September, the bordello’s co-founder Sergi Prieto had this to say to the Daily Star:

As you know in Italy, prostitution is 100% legal. Customers will have the option at Lumidolls Torino to have new sexual experiences in a safe and secure place.

There is a lot of interest from Italian people in sex dolls.

The owners have been cautioned about reopening, but what they’ll do is anyone’s guess. They’ll have to wait, though; hygiene service checks are underway to see if their mannequin system is up to snuff. That said, their locations in Barcelona and Moscow are still open.
