Second Amendment powers activate!

FromSoftware’s lost 2004 epic Metal Wolf Chaos sees its first global release as Metal Wolf Chaos XD in one week on August 6 via Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC.

Since the game’s original release in 2004, FromSoftware has gone from a beloved Japanese developer to one of the most celebrated development houses in the world with legendary releases like Dark Souls, Bloodbourne, and Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice.

For those that don’t know Metal Wolf Chaos XD is a bloody delight of insanity. Freedom in the United States has ended and the only person that can save the country is the exiled president in a massive mech-suit.

This is the sort of thing that happens when a Japanese developer tries to do the whole American patriotism shtick. I love the Souls series and where FromSoftware has gone, but I do miss when they were a little more fun and silly.
