Halo Channel and Halo 5 Beta Dates Revealed

Halo

Microsoft spent a lot of time making Halo announcements, the first major one being The Halo Channel. The Halo Channel is a brand new interactive network that will be available for Xbox and Windows users. What’s cool is that you’ll be able to watch existing content as well all the upcoming original content that Microsoft has in development.

Right off the bat users will have access to Halo: Nightfall, Forward Unto Dawn, Halo Legends, and will also give access to special community content and Twitch integration. It makes sharing and finding all the best Halo feeds a breeze and makes it your one stop hub on all things Halo with the inclusion of the Halo Encyclopedia.

Microsoft made it clear that “This is your home for Halo.”

The second big thing to come out of the presentation was the release of the multiplayer beta for Halo 5: Guardians. Xbox One owners who purchase the Halo: The Master Chief Collection are guaranteed access to the beta which begins on December 29 and will run all the way through January 18th.
