It’s finally happening

Fresh off of The Leftovers, Damon Lindelof has set his sights on the Watchmen. And he’ll be sticking with HBO to do it.

This isn’t the first time HBO’s taken a crack at Watchmen, though it’ll probably be the one that makes it past planning. There’s no real information about the series as of yet, other than that it’s a fresh start, free from their previous attempt. It will also have nothing in common with Zack Snyder’s Watchmen (2009). You know, other than probably having a glowing blue dong present and accounted for.

~I once ruined that last scene with Rorschach and Doctor Manhattan for someone. I felt bad about it.~
