Shows off weapon crafting.
Way back at the beginning of the year, Hi-Rez announced a battle royale mode for Paladins. And people played it, and things changed. One of those was splitting the mode off into its own game: Paladins Realm Royale.
The game is in Alpha, and keys are, naturally, in short supply. What’s more, players with access are under an NDA, so they’re not allowed to share photos or footage of the game. But that doesn’t mean that Hi-Rez themselves won’t show off a little bit.
For one thing, there will be looting and crafting for weapons and armor. And you can probably bet that any given forge is going to be a choke point. The Map itself is roughly the same as it was in January, so that’s far from the deepest revelation.
Either way, Paladins Realm Royale is going to continue forward. Man, I really need to hop into the base game again.
