Instagram Influencer Says Motorcycle Accident Wasn’t Staged For Product Placement

Is (probably) lying.

Tiffany Mitchell is an Instagram influencer. And recently, she shared a story of a motorcycle ride that ended with her going over the handlebars in an accident. But it’s the pictures that have everyone calling bull on her.

Namely, one of the pictures features her lying on the side of the road. Specifically because, despite supposedly having some form of injury, they not only took professional pictures of the event, but took the opportunity to arrange their water bottles just so while she’s lying there.

Also, consider how she was dressed; most bikers don’t wear all that denim and leather just for looks. Considering the fact that she hit the pavement, I’d expect a bit more blood considering the fact that the only protective gear she was wearing was a helmet. I’d imagine she’d have traded some skin to the pavement if this were true; specifically from her totally unprotected shoulders. Also, apparently removing a helmet after a motorcycle accident is something you leave to paramedics just in case, unless the afflicted isn’t breathing.

But hey, she totally told Buzzfeed News’ Tanya Chen that it wasn’t the case, so that’s got to be the truth, right?
