Many know the suffering in not being able to lay hands on a Nintendo Switch. There simply aren’t enough available at any given time. And the situation, in Japan at least, is even worse with Splatoon 2.
These lines? They’re probably the closest Japan comes to Black Friday outside of a Dragon Quest release (you know, minus the yearly trampling deaths). And it gets worse; most of the stores they’re waiting in line at have less than 50 units, regardless of whether they’re a Splatoon 2 bundle unit or not. I’m pretty sure at least one circle of Hell involves waiting in line to get nothing.
