Justice League coming to Machinima in a new “darker” series

A Justice League series is coming… to YouTube? You read that right, Machinima, an online network that has tons of content producers, have just landed exclusive rights to the upcoming three-part animated “Justice League: Gods and Monsters Chronicles” series from Warner Bros. and DC Entertainment. This new series is currently set to launch in the spring of 2015.

The show is currently speculated to involve a different reality within the DC universe that sees Justice League staples Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman in much darker versions than we have seen them before. Because if there is one thing we all want is for everything to just be The Dark Knight trilogy…

“Justice League: Gods & Monsters,” is being put together by executive producer Bruce Timm and co-producer by Alan Burnett and will debut in late in 2015. Timm and Burnett have previously worked together before, most notably on the fantastic “Batman: The Animated Series.”
