Here comes a new challenger!

Karin is the next World Warrior to jump into the Street Fighter 5 tournament. Check out the trailer that debuted at Tokyo Game Show 2015 below:

Some years back Capcom held a worldwide poll to see what Street Fighter character was their favorite. Karin ended up grabbing the 7th spot worldwide, but landed at number 1 in Japan, despite only having fought in Street Fighter Alpha 3.

With that kind of popularity, it was a no-brainer to have her join Street Fighter 5.
