In China, at least.
It seems that Riot is working on a League of Legends spin-off based on Teemo. The news comes from Niko Partners analyst David Ahmad. The game, dubbed “Teemo’s Adventures” has already been given the O.K. for sale in China.
Not sure if Western media is reporting on this yet.
Looks like a game called "Teemo's Adventure" has been approved for sale in China. Riot Games is listed along with Tencent as the developer / publisher.
It's going to be a PC game apparently.

Teemo is a character frequently loved and hated by LoL players. Not because he’s a cute little fluffball, mind. Because of the massive amount of salt he can inspire. He’s the best there is at what he does, and what he does is everything.
Right now, all we really have is a name. There’s no knowing what the game will be like. That’ll just have to do until some more news comes along.
