Borealys Games will launch their first title, Mages of Mystralia, on Steam May 18. Priced at $24.99, it will be 10% off for early adopters through May 23. The launch date for PS$ and Xbox One has yet to be announced.
Mages of Mystralia is an action-adventure game starring Zia, a young girl who just discovered she has the gift of magic. As players progress through the game they’ll obtain runes, allowing them to craft their own spells. The spells you create can run the gamut from combat to puzzle solving utility. Each rune offers up new spellcasting opportunities.
With full orchestral score performed by the Video Game Orchestra and conducted by Shota Nakama, and a story written by Ed Greenwood of Dungeons and Dragons Forgotten Realms fame, Mages of Mystralia is primed to cast a spell on you.
