Do you miss the old Mega Man games? Wish there was a Mario Maker-esque solution to them. Well, you’re in luck; that’s exactly what Mega Maker is.

Mega Maker is a fan project which gives you the tools to make your own Mega Man game. It features assets from the first 6 Mega Man games, as well as a host of features to bring them to life. What’s more, it actually improves on some of the… not good… abilities.

All of the abilities are customizeable, too, so you can tweak them how you like. Furthermore, there are two extra abilities which are… far more likely to run afoul of copyright, but we won’t mention Fox’s reflector and Metaknight’s  Mach Tornado.

But the best news? Mega Maker will be released this Saturday (July 15). Hopefully it makes it without an 11th hour C&D order.
