New teaser for ‘DARQ’ might be the scariest gaming footage yet

Hold on to your seats and hug your pillows, because Unfold Games has just released their second teaser trailer for DARQ.

It might be the scariest gaming footage ever recorded, as suggested by a recent fan’s tweet:

“Now you owe me $12 for ruining my shorts!”

To create this teaser, Wlad Marhulets (the founder of Unfold Games) teamed up with Adam Schmidt (sound engineer known for his work on Inception and The Dark Knight Rises), Jaren Machado (voice over actor) as well as co-producers Damian Marhulets and Chris Vick. The trailer features music by Wlad himself, who is primarily known for his film music work in Hollywood (Hitman: Agent 47, The Giver, Sabotage).

Horror games are a dime a dozen (I only post the ones that look interesting, but my inbox is flooded with requests for coverage), but DRAQ feels and sounds, well, different. Ditching the generic first-person style, DRAQ already looks to be veering left while all other are sitting comfortably in traffic.

The game will be released later in 2017. It is rumored that a pair of underwear might be included in the box.
