No Season 4 For Daredevil On Netflix

Daredevil

The man without a series renewal.

According to Deadline, Netflix has canceled Daredevil. Netflix offered the following statement:

Marvel’s Daredevil will not return for a fourth season on Netflix. We are tremendously proud of the show’s last and final season and although it’s painful for the fans, we feel it best to close this chapter on a high note.

They also went on to note that this wasn’t necessarily the end for the character.

While the series on Netflix has ended, the three existing seasons will remain on the service for years to come, while the Daredevil character will live on in future projects for Marvel.

The cancellation isn’t much of a surprise, considering the same happened to Luke Cage and Iron Fist. And at this  point, it’s safe to say you can expect it for the rest of Netflix’s Marvel shows once they’re next seasons are out and finished.

Whether that means that all of these shows will be moved to Disney’s streaming platform is up in the air. That said, starting from scratch, especially in Daredevil‘s case, would likely be a bad move.
