Introducing New Next-Gen Laptops, a Prototype Small Form Factor Desktop, and more from ORIGIN PC
ORIGIN PC just announced their latest PC hardware and designs unveiled first during CES 2019! New gaming laptops available now, a new small form factor desktop prototype, new ORIGIN PC PRO chassis options featuring a front-facing mesh for workstation desktops, an updated workstation laptop, and exclusive custom artwork for ORIGIN PC desktops. The new hardware and designs mark a major expansion to ORIGIN PC’s lineup for gamers, artists, content creators, and professionals.
Take gaming experiences anywhere with the thin EVO16-S, featuring a narrow-bezel 16.1” display with a 144Hz refresh rate in the body of a 15” laptop chassis. On the 17-inch thin and light category, the EVO17-S has been upgraded with a new thin and light chassis that takes up less space than its predecessor and features a 17.3” display with a 144Hz refresh rate. Both the EVO16-S and the EVO17-S can be customized with next-generation graphics technology making it possible to experience the latest advancements in graphics technology in a thin and light laptop.
For the gamer needing the best possible mobile performance, the ORIGIN PC EON17-X can be equipped with next-generation graphics and a 9th gen Intel Core i9-9900K 8-Core CPU making it more powerful than some gaming desktops.
The ORIGIN PC team also introduced a new small form factor prototype desktop: the ORIGIN PC CUBE. Featuring an all-glass cube-shaped chassis, the ORIGIN PC CUBE supports a full-size graphics card, a liquid cooled processor, and up to 7 storage drives. The exterior of the CUBE can be customized with HD UV glass printing or laser etching.
After a little liquid cooling experimentation, the ORIGIN PC Team built a prototype hard line liquid cooling system for the ORIGIN PC NEURON, the recently released mid tower desktop. It is still to be determined if hard line liquid cooling will be available for future NEURON desktops as a customization option.
A new Quadro mobile GPU is now available for the ORIGIN PC NT-15 Quadro workstation laptop: the NVIDIA Quadro P4200 Max-Q GPU. Along with a GPU update, the CPU of the NT-15 Quadro has been updated to the Intel Core i7-8750H processor. With improved workstation performance, professionals can work on intensive work while traveling or away from the office.
