The Walking Dead fans take note, Oswald Cobblepot (Better known as The Penguin) is being played by actor Robin Lord Taylor in the upcoming FOX show Gotham.

We know that Cobblepot will have has the brains of a grandmaster chess player, with the morals of a rabid jackal.

In this much younger incarnation of the character, Cobblepot will be a low-level psycho for the gangster Fish Mooney (played by Jada Pinkett Smith).

But, just like his older incarnation, he hides his insane lust for power behind the façade of a polite demeanor.
