Overwatch gets New Currency for Overwatch League Costumes

Now you can pretend to be important in-game!

With the advent of the Overwatch League, players had been wondering whether they’d be able to show some hometown pride. Well now you can, because early next year, all of the Overwatch League uniforms will be available to purchase.

These League skins will be available for all Heroes. And they’ll have their own currency, too: Overwatch League Tokens. The purchasable currency ensures that profits are distributed fairly among the teams. And, it also means you have fewer things vying for your credits. The tokens will be used for all OWL related items. And, players that log in within 1 month of the League’s launch will get enough tokens for one skin.
