Allison Road made a lot of headlines after Konami canceled P.T. The game took most of the elements of what made the P.T. demo special and generated enough buzz around the project to secure a publishing deal with Team 17.
After Konami canceled the best thing they had going in years (#FuckKonami) the fans picked up the slack. But now it seems that our best bet at a P.T. like game is over as Allison Road has been canceled.
The team behind the project haven’t given a reason for the abrupt cancellation, only saying through their twitter that a statement is coming in the next few days.

Anyone want to take bets on if Konami pulled some legal stuff to not let this project get off the ground? If I were a betting man I would take that bet. Hell, Konami probably wants to turn P.T. into a pachinko machine anyways…
