Pawn Stars ‘Chumlee’ arrested on weapons, drug charges

Chumlee

Deadline is reporting that Austin Russell, better know as ‘Chumlee’ on the long running History Channel reality show Pawn Stars has been arrested in Las Vegas.

The Las Vegas Metro Police Department was serving a warrant stemming from a sexual assault case, although the reality star has not been charged in conjunction with that ongoing investigation.

Reports indicate that when police searching the stars home they found a weapon as well as marijuana and methamphetamines. Russell was then subsequently charged and booked at the Clark County Detention Center. His bail has been set at $62,000.

No word from History Channel regarding this incident, but The Sun has quoted Rick Harrison (co-owner of World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Shop) as saying,  “We don’t have details yet, but are here to help Chumlee however we can.”
