All the news might be surrounding the upcoming Nintendo Switch, but the company wants to make it clear that the 3DS is still very much a thing even if the Switch has a portable portion to it.

Nintendo of America has announced that a Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL will be hitting shores on February 24th. This limited system features an all yellow body with a Pikachu sketch on the top.

It’s a cute looking system that is sure to sell out quickly thanks to the Pokemon branding. Nintendo collectors can be a bit crazy when it comes to limited edition stuff. Hell, my brother has every single variation of Game Boy, DS and 3DS on display.

I still have my tiny Aqua Blue 3DS that I use to play Chrono Trigger for the DS. I have very simple needs.

The Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL  will run you $199.99 and does not come bundled with any games.
