Stay Dead: Evolution is an idea that I can get behind. It’s not an idea that ever really works or one that is ever well-loved. Stay Dead is an FMV based fighting game, so it already has an uphill battle for it.
FMV was were nearly all shite and only ever fun on a single play, but fighting FMV games were so nuts that there might only ever be, maybe two ever made. But. hey, at least this one let’s you hit a Nazi with a stick.
Stay Dead: Evolution doesn’t break the mold, but at least it’s good for a few laughs (see: Nazi stick slapping). So let’s jump into the action (if you can call it that) and see what the game has to offer.
