Red Dead Redemption 2 Delayed, Teases Us With First Screenshots

The highly anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2 has been pushed back into 2018 saddening the entirety of the internet. The game will now release on both PS4 and Xbox One.

The studio stated that:

We are very sorry for any disappointment this delay causes, but we are firm believers in delivering a game only when it is ready. We are really excited to bring you more details about the game this summer. In the meantime, please enjoy this selection of new screenshots from the world of Red Dead Redemption 2.

At the very least Rockstar teased us with the first set of screenshots for the game (below). You might remember a few weeks back that everyone thought they screenshots had leaked only to find they were for a new PC western game.

Hopefully these screenshots can hold you over. Chances are that we are going to be seeing more of the game when team GAMBIT hits the floor at E3 next month.
