The Mandalorian has been the bright spot in the darkness and despair that has been modern Star Wars. And while The Mandalorian season two is still months away, we have some casting news that should shake up the internet and Star Wars fans.
Rosario Dawson has been cast as Ahsoka Tano, marking the first time the Clone Wars and Rebels character will appear in a live-action project. This much-loved character is important to the Star Wars canon even though they are never seen or mentioned in the films.
The Mandalorian takes place years after the events of Return of the Jedi and will feature the oldest version of the character and hopefully dive into what happened to her since we last saw her in Star Wars: Rebels.
