Shaq-Fu Reboot Looks Worse Than The Original

Shaq-Fu

#TheGameAwards was a joke as usual (was a mountain can a co-host this year?), with a pretty spare crowd in attendance. The people in the audience had about as much enthusiasm about what was going on as a kid opening a present from their grandparents of the latest knockoff Sony Microbox they picked up at a mall kiosk.

One thing that was surprising was the trailer for Shaq-Fu, a game that was successfully funded on Kickstarter, because fuck people putting money to go use. The trailer shows off a lot of what seems to be pre-production art, and a few seconds of a shitter version of Double Dragon Neon.

So, the game isn’t a fighting game anymore, because that would take too much work, and is now a beat ’em up game; a genre that hasn’t been relevant since before Shaq was on the Lakers. Check it out below and be thankful you didn’t back this thing on Kickstarter.
