Side-scrolling action platformer ‘Caveman Warriors’ is looking totally mesozoic

JanduSoft announces their new game, Caveman Warriors, will be released in Q2 2017 for Steam, Sony PS4 and Xbox One.

Back in a time where we still lived in caves, 4 heroes find themselves robbed of their children by a strange extraterrestrial creature that has gotten a liking to them.

They embark on an adventure in chase of the alien through unknown lands, facing different dangers on the way that they must overcome. But they will give it their all to get their critters save back home.

The idea for Caveman Warriors was conceived in April 2016 and soon development started with a small team of an artist, a programmer, a game designer, a producer  and a sound composer, a team that quickly grew bigger.

The game was inspired by games like Joe & Mac, Super Mario Bros and Trine and is a side-scrolling, action platformer game that can be played solo or with up to 4 people.

The game mixes 90’s platform gameplay, cooperative multiplayer and 4 prehistoric warriors with unique abilities needed in order to progress in the game. Play across 8 worlds and explore the Stone Age, alien ships, World War II and more.

Good 2D side-scrolling action platformers are hard to come by, especially ones as colorful as Caveman Warriors, so this is one title we are keeping a close eye on.
