Square Enix Montréal held an internal Game Jam and these are the results

All ongoing projects temporarily put on hold and experimental working prototypes created as Square Enix Montréal dedicates an entire week to studio-wide game jam

During one week in September Square Enix Montréal ran its inaugural ‘Square Jam’ – an event where all the studio members assembled into small teams to create a game of their choice focused around the theme of ‘exposed’.

Following a week of intense productivity and fun, the teams submitted a variety of prototype games that reflected Square Enix Montréal’s creative spirit, including projectile reflecting witchery in Aegis; using a mobile phone in the corporate afterlife of Fate, Incorporated; hunting space hunters online in Space Hunter Hunt; and the camera-wielding private detective of Overexposed‘s hotel complex.

Whilst there are no current plans to formally release any of these titles you can watch a short video of these concepts here:

Shame if some of these don’t get turned into mobile games as it would be win/win for the studio. Either way I do want that photo taking game to happen! And here is the official Square Jam post on the Square Enix Montréal blog:
