As of July, you have another option when returning your Amazon mistakes. Any one of Kohl’s 1,150 stores will accept, and ship back, your Amazon return orders. And the best part is, they’ll cover the costs and packaging for you, so long as you meet the requirements of the return policy.
As for why they’re offering this as a service? Well, they did start carrying Amazon products last month. So they’re probably hoping that whatever you came in to return will turn into a purchase of something they have on the way out.
