It was deemed fake because investigators couldn’t find any copies of The Emoji Movie in the vicinity. I’m sorry, I’ll see myself out.

T.J Miller (Silicon Valley, Deadpool) has been arrested for calling in a fake bomb threat from an Amtrak train. Deadline reports that he was arrested at LaGuardia Airport Monday night. He was charged in a federal criminal complaint “with intentionally conveying to law enforcement false information about an explosive device on a train traveling to Connecticut,” according to the press release distributed by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut.

He went before U.S. District Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer in New Haven on Tuesday. He was released on $100,000 bond. And the charge carries 5 years maximum prison if he is found guilty. Which, regardless, would put a real crimp in his career.

An attendant from the train he was on noted that he stepped on board appearing intoxicated. Miller, when prompted over the phone, reported having only a single glass of red wine. He called in the threat, initially, because he noticed a suspicious woman constantly checking her bag and never puling anything out of it.

T.J. Miller recently finished his work on Deadpool 2, and is set to voice a role in the animated film How to Train your Dragon 3.
