Psychonauts 2 has been a long time coming. The sequel to the cult-classic Psychonauts has been eagerly awaited by fans for well over a decade. Many might even argue that the first game was perhaps Tim Schafer’s best. And, finally, we get a real look at the sequel, through its world premiere trailer.
Things pick up roughly where they left off in the first game. Raz has become a full-fledged Psychonaut; his dream. But it seems he’ll soon learn that not all is as it seems for the Psychonauts themselves. Raz may be in for a harsh dose of reality, specifically in regards to the dangers of the organization.
Psychonauts 2 is scheduled to release sometime in 2019.
