Who lives in a pineapple under the sea but isn’t coming to E3?

SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated coming to PC and consoles. This game was way past my time, but it has a pretty serious following for kids of a certain age. It’s no Mario, but I’m alway happy when people fondly look back on 3D platformers, even if they aren’t from the classics.

I have a number of games on my list that would make for a fun remaster, but SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom wasn’t even on the list. Still, this is a good thing as older gamers like myself probably skipped over this one when it released.

I dig a little SpongeBob SquarePants, so a remastered edition of Battle for Bikini Bottom is a great way to see if those kids actually remember a great game, or if their nostalgia glasses are beginning to fog up with age.
