Wizard 101 Players Get Spammed With Official Notifications Filled With Profanity

You may remember the once heavily advertised 2008 children’s MMO made by KingsIsle, Wizard 101. Well, anyone playing the now-14-year-old game got a rude awakening. Literally; official notifications that frequently sported profane words. Like “dick and balls” or “asshole”.

Now I think we that this is hilarious inappropriate, especially for a game geared at kids. That said, it’s also really funny disconcerting. After all, there could be kids still playing this game from 2008. Just a few examples of this horrible *clutches pearls* filth.

General consensus seems to be that this is the result of a disgruntled employee or ex-employee abusing their moderator powers (that they may have forgotten to rescind). And, possibly, that this person just happens to be named Bradley, based on one of the shared messages.
