The smoothest man in the galaxy rides again. Because According to The Hollywood Reporter, Billy Dee Williams is coming back as Lando Calrissian for Star Wars Episode IX. This is a red-letter day for Billy Dee.

That said, this technically isn’t his first return to the role since Star Wars: Episode VI Revenge Return of the Jedi. His most recent reprisal was on an episode of Star Wars Rebels, even if that was only in voice.

So, here’s hoping you survive Episode IX, Billy Dee. We’re kinda 4-0 on original trilogy characters surviving these things, by default.
