I don’t know how many of you read Uproxx, but it’s one of my favorite sites. It’s usually one of the first sites I check every day (after I check my messages at GAMbIT, because bloggers get a crazy amount of tail). Last year, Uproxx sent a few members of its branch FilmDrunk to the Gathering of the Juggalos, which is insane as it sounds. Their recap of the event (day one, day two, day three) is a fascinating read, and sheds light on one of American music’s most bizarre subcultures.

Now the trailer for the companion documentary Whoop Dreams has been released. Check it out:

Now I’m already in the tank for this movie, but that trailer is fantastic. I’m picking up a definite Heart of Darkness vibe. No word on when or if Whoop Dreams will be in theaters, but we will definitely keep you updated.
