Check out this newly released deleted scene from Avengers: Age of Ultron

Avengers: Age of Ultron

Avengers: Age of Ultron was a fun movie. It didn’t set my world on fire, but it was the perfect popcorn action film. I’m sure many people have a number of issues with parts of the film, but the only part that really bugged me was when Thor bailed on the team to go take dip in the magic hot spring.

It set up some stuff for the next Thor film, but I felt is was just so short and out of left field that it almost didn’t fit within the films pacing and structure. Now it seems that a good chuck of that scene was cut from the theatrical release as it didn’t sit well with test audiences.

Personally, I think it helps flesh out the film a little better and gives Thor a better reason to be doing what he’s doing there, instead of just going to a magic vision cave.
