In Please Stand By, Dakota Fanning plays a young woman with autism and a dream. To boldly go and deliver her 500-page Star Trek script to a writing competition in Hollywood. Of course, she’ll have to duck her caregiver to do so.

Pleas Stand By is written by Michael Golamco (Grimm) and directed by Ben Lewin (The Favour, The Watch, and the Very Big Fish; The Sessions). It costars Toni Collette, Alice Eve, Jessica Rothe, and Patton Oswalt.
