Destiny 2 Is Free On Battle.net Through November 18

Destiny 2

Can you turn down free? Didn’t think so.

If you’ve got 68GB free and you’ve wanted to try out Destiny 2, this is your lucky half-month. Because Activision Blizzard is giving the game away for free for two weeks, starting today. You can find it on the Gifts page of the app, though new accounts have to enable Blizzard SMS Protect to get at it.

Bungie and Activision have announced that the full Destiny 2 base game for PC is now a free gift for all new players on Blizzard Battle.net. For the first two weeks of November, anyone who does not already own the PC game will have the opportunity to claim it as a gift through their Battle.net account.

Also, Bungie  is giving everyone an opportunity to play the new Gambit mode from the Destiny 2: Forsaken expansion. The mode will be available to play for everyone over a free weekend. The free weekend will run November 9-11, so if you got Destiny 2 by that point, may as well give it a spin, right?
