In the wake of Marvel’s re-acquisition of the media rights for Ghost Rider, everyone’s been wondering what Marvel Studios will do with the character. Well, wonder no more; he’s going to be on Agents of Shield.There have been more than a few hints as to this; speculation rose when promotional material for the new season featured a flaming chain, and a casting call for two Latino brothers, one of which is paralyzed cinched it. Since this will be the Robbie Reyes version of the character rather than the Spirit of Vengeance, we won’t likely see him Penance Stare Galactus* into a blubbering unconscious mess, but television is always in need of more skeletons that are on fire. And he’ll dovetail nicely with the upcoming Doctor Strange film; we haven’t really seen much of the supernatural side of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, after all.
