It must be reboot day here at GAMbIT. First there was the news about Sofia Coppola’s Little Mermaid, and now thanks to Variety we have some more news about Joe Wright’s Pan, which has found its title character.
His name is Levi Miller, and you might know him from one episode of Terra Nova, t probably not. The stars of Terra Nova don’t even remember they were in Terra Nova.
According to Variety:
The film will be a new take on the classic story. It is set during WWII and follows an orphan who is kidnapped by pirates and brought to Neverland, where he discovers he’s destined to save the land from the pirate Blackbeard.
That sounds fine, whatever. I look forward to the sequel featuring Barkhad Abdi as Rufio. No offense to Levi Miller, but we all know this part should have gone to Jonah Hill.
