Please rise for the corporate anthem.

If you’re a fan of the 1975 film Rollerball and you’re disappointed that there have been distressingly few games taking inspiration from it, Ubisoft might just have your back. Because all-but-certain rumor is that they’ll be showing off just such a game at this year’s E3. The leak initially seems to have come from ResetEra, and Spiel Times, which is currently suspended.

Dubbed Roller Champions, the game… well, it really seems to be Rollerball with the sort facade of something like Overwatch, Fortnite, or Rocket League.

And, as you’d guess, there’s plenty for you to do even if you don’t have the ball. There’s even the hint of special abilities. Either way, E3’s a little less than half a month away, so we’re sure to see more then.
