“Not on my watch motherfucker!”

Ryan Reynolds has released a trailer featuring Deadpool. This isn’t the official trailer for Deadpool 2 (although it very well could be), but only a teaser for the film.

Teasers for trailers are the worst, but if there was one film to take advantage of them it would be Deadpool.

Some Easter eggs to note in the trailer are:

• The copious amounts of references to the newly released Logan film

• The very Deadpool-like call out to Cable with the “Nathan Summers Cumming Soon” graffiti

• And in a “blink and you’ll miss it” scene you can see the word Hope! scrawled inside the phone-booth that could tie to Hope Summers

• The use of the famous Superman theme from the Richard Donner films

• The phone-booth changing scene is also a play on the Superman mythos

• The posters for the famed “Firefly” television series

• The “Oggy was here” graffiti that could be tied to Oggmunder Dragglevadd Vinnsuvius XVII a Mountain Giant uniting warriors of the Nine Realms in order to hunt down Malekith
