Well, that was fast: despite my tireless coverage, A&E has pulled Those Who Kill from Monday nights, effective immediately. But they’re not cancelling it – not necessarily. I’ll let The Hollywood Reporter explain:
A new time slot for [Those Who Kill] is to be determined later this week, as the network likes the show and has faith that it can find an audience.
I think we all know what this means. It comes down to ratings; TWK‘s first episode pulled in 1.4 million viewers, while the second episode managed just 830,000. Those are unimpressive numbers when you have one of the best time slots on television. We’ll see how this all shakes out, but I for one just hope that Chloe Sevigny one day finds a project worthy of her beauty and talent.
