Khal Drogo and the Dread Pirate Roberts join cast of Sugar Mountain

Hot off whatever mechanism is used to press news about indie movies (a mimeograph, I guess): Cary Elwes (Liar Liar) and Jason Momoa (Stargate: Atlantis) have joined the cast of Richard Gray’s Sugar Mountain. Since I cribbed that picture from The Hollywood Reporter, I might as well steal some of their writing too:

[Sugar Mountain] is described as as a dark comedy/thriller about “love, greed, family and a hoax that goes terribly wrong.”

That actually sounds pretty good. We know Momoa has the physicality for a thriller, but I’d really like to see him try his hand at dark comedy. The cast also includes Drew Roy (Falling Skies), Haley Webb (MTV’s Teen Wolf), and Shane Coffey (Pretty Little Liars).
