Reminder: Ghost Rider once beat Galactus in the cartoons.
Look, it might not actually matter if the deal with Disney goes through. But there are, supposedly, secret Marvel movies in the works over at Fox. One of which is a Silver Surfer film; the other is a Doctor Doom solo flick.
Things are pretty slim in the details department about the Silver Surfer movie, too. All The Hollywood Reporter really has is that the script is supposedly penned by Brian K. Vaughan (Saga, Y: The Last Man, The Runaways).
That said, the whole thing might not make it to fruition if that merger goes through. Still, it’s nice that they got a comics industry vet to write the script, so who knows? It might be one of the few to weather the storm.
